Standard MOQ is 500 units per style for wholesale pricing. Lead time runs 25-35 days after sample approval. For OEM ODM projects with custom packaging or gift box requirements, MOQ starts at 1,000 units with 40-50 day lead times depending on complexity.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk tool case or cosmetic bag order?

Yes, we provide existing samples within 3-5 days at no cost; you cover shipping. For custom leather case samples with your logo or interior layout, sample fee is $80-150, refundable against your first order. Digital mockups are free.

What OEM ODM customization options do you offer for Christmas packaging and seasonal collections?

Full customization available: exterior material (carbon fiber EVA, PU leather), dimensions, interior foam inserts, color-matched zippers, embossed logos, and custom gift box or Christmas packaging with sleeve printing. Our design team provides 3D renders within 5 working days.

Do you support FOB Nansha shipping, and what payment terms do you accept?

We ship FOB Nansha, Guangzhou as standard, with port code CHNNS for customs clearance. Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment for orders under $20,000; L/C at sight available for larger contracts. We can also arrange CIF or DDP upon request.
