MOQ starts at 500 units for our standard blue velvet EVA case. Lead time is 25-30 days after sample approval. For OEM ODM custom packaging with branded inserts or Christmas packaging finishes, MOQ is 1,000 units with 35-40 days production.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk tool case or cosmetic bag order?

Yes. We provide pre-production samples within 5-7 working days for $50-$80, refundable against your first wholesale order. Sample shipping is via DHL/UPS. For custom leather case alternatives with specific color or size modifications, sample lead time extends to 10 days.

What OEM ODM customization options do you offer as a direct manufacturer?

We customize dimensions, velvet or PU leather exterior colors, interior tray layouts, embossed logos, and gift box structures. Our supplier facility supports Pantone matching, branded zippers, and seasonal Christmas packaging including foil-stamped rigid outer boxes.

Do you ship FOB Nansha, and what payment terms do you accept?

Yes, FOB Nansha Port of Guangzhou is standard. We also quote CIF/DDP upon request. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For orders over $30,000, we accept L/C at sight. All cosmetic bag and tool case shipments include export carton packing with HS Code 4202220000 documentation.
