MOQ starts at 500 units for our standard EVA case designs. Lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval. For OEM ODM projects with custom tooling, add 10-15 days for mold development. We also accept smaller trial orders for first-time wholesale buyers.

Can you customize the size, interior layout, and exterior branding?

Yes, full OEM ODM customization is available. We adjust dimensions, foam inserts, compartment layouts, and shell textures. Leather bag-style trim options and embossed or printed logos are supported. Our engineering team provides 3D mockups before tooling.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

We offer pre-production samples within 7-10 days for existing EVA case styles. Custom samples require 12-15 days plus tooling fees, refundable against your first wholesale order. Samples ship via DHL or FedEx for overseas buyers to evaluate material and fit.

What payment terms and shipping options do you offer?

Payment: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment via T/T or L/C. We ship FOB Nansha Port Guangzhou, with container or LCL options. HS code 4202220000 applies. We also produce leather cases, cosmetic bags, tool cases, and gift box packaging under the same terms.
